Training Policy
Please review carefully before booking. By placing a deposit, you agree to all terms below.
Deposits & Payments
- All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-TRANSFERABLE — no exceptions
- In-person deposit: $600 | Virtual deposit: $1,000
- Remaining balance due day-of (in person, cash) or 24 hours before (virtual, Zelle)
- Credit/debit card payments incur a 3.7% processing fee
Scheduling & Rescheduling
- Register at least TWO weeks in advance to receive equipment on training day
- Reschedule at least 7 days in advance to retain your original deposit
- Rebooking fee of $300 required; must rebook within 30 days of original date
- In-person: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Virtual: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Cancellation & No-Show
- Cancellations within 7 days: deposit forfeited, new deposit required to rebook
- Cancellations less than 24 hours: $150 charged to card on file
- No-show without notice: no refund, no reschedule, $150 fee charged
Important Notice
Filing a dispute or chargeback after receiving services and/or equipment will result in immediate cancellation with no refund and possible legal action. Please read all policies carefully and reach out with any questions beforehand.
